What information do we collect and how do we use it?

We collect your email address, name, home address and telephone number at the point of sale. We do not sell or share any information with any third parties that are not involved with processing your order. Any information collected will not be supplied to any third parties for marketing purposes.
Credit card and debit card details are processed by our trusted third party payment options such as Pay Pal and Amazon Pay.
When purchasing by telephone your card details are destroyed immediately after the payment is processed. Planet Barbecue does not store your credit or debit card details.
The information we collect about you is only for the processing of orders and to provide a more personalised and efficient shopping experience.

When you place orders, we use encrypted technology and secure all data information you input before it is sent to us. Strict security procedures are used in the storage of information which you have supplied to prevent unauthorised access.
Cookies. For the best experience when shopping and to aid personalised features on planetbarbecue.co.uk, your PC, tablet or mobile phone will need to accept cookies. Our cookies don't store sensitive information such as your name, address or payment details.
Also be assured that the data contained in the cookies used is completely anonymous and doesn't contain any of your personal details. To order products on planetbarbecue.co.uk, you need to have cookies enabled.

Masonry and Stone BBQ Delivery
|
|
Usually 5 to 21 days delivered on a pallet (kerbside delivery)
The barbecue's are delivered in component parts on a pallet. Regrettably an assembly service is not available.
The barbecue's are delivered via an external hauler, who will book in deliveries with you directly. It is therefore important you supply a daytime and mobile number. If you are unavailable for delivery on an agreed date you will be liable for the cost of return and second delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is safe and suitable access area for the items to be delivered.
The delivery driver is unable to help with the final positioning of the delivered items due to health and safety reasons.

Small Orders Under 30Kg Delivered by Courier
|
|
We will always endeavour to deliver products to you usually within 2 to 3 days from the receipt of your order.
Planet Barbecue imported products will usually be dispatched within 48 hours by first class recorded mail. Other couriers may be used depending on the product size and weight. A contact telephone number supplied with your order will aid transportation and delivery.
Planet Barbecue cannot be held responsible for any pre-arranged party or gathering which relies on delivery of your order.
It is the customers responsibility to order in good time and sensibly plan his or her BBQ party. Practice and getting to know your new BBQ is always recommended and will alleviate stress on the day.
Please note: Busy times such as bank holidays may effect and delay delivery times.
All orders are subject to availability.
International Orders Accepted

Heavy Items Delivered on a Pallet.
|
|
Please note: some larger items may be delivered on a pallet due to the weight of the product and to aid a safe delivery. Due to health and safety reasons and the couriers terms and conditions of delivery some heavy items may be delivered to the front of the property and it will be the responsibility of the consumer to arrange the final position of the goods.

International Deliveries Outside Europe.
|
|
We will always endeavour to deliver products to you within 5 to 10 days from the receipt of your order. Planet Barbecue cannot guarantee 5 day delivery on international orders. We always use first class airmail unless otherwise instructed.

Product Returns
|
|
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, return the item within 30 days unused and in its original packaging.
If unable to return the item within 30 days then please notify us in writing within 30 days of delivery of your intension to return your order.
Planet Barbecue will pay the postage / courier charge for the return of you order and you will be refunded on receipt of the goods.
If your order is a gift and the 30 days have been exceeded since purchase we will still offer the same returns policy as above.
The consumer is fully responsible for the goods to be returned, until a collection is made.

Cancellations
|
|
Planet Barbecue will pay the postage / courier charge for the return of you order and you will be refunded on receipt of the goods.
Masonry and large BBQ pallet deliveries if cancelled after delivery is arranged, agreed with you and dispatched you will be charged for the haulage re-collection.
Planet Barbecue can not be held responsible for slight changes in colour or modification of products due to manufacturers uninformed improvements to design and production techniques.

Damaged Product
|
|
We will take every reasonable precaution to ensure a damage free delivery. If it does occur and a product is delivered damaged then it is normal policy that we will replace any damaged part. Please notify us immediately of any such goods. If the product is beyond part replacement, then the whole item will be replaced.

|
Product Guarantees
|
|
All products are guaranteed for 12 months (or more if stated) from the date or purchase. Due to the nature of the products, some discolouration may occur during and after use.
Operation and Safe use of Products.
The consumer must read fully the assembly and operation instructions supplied before use. Planet Barbecue may offer guidance but the manufacturers instructions and guidance are paramount.
