Recipes

Lamb Curry

Place charcoal in the bottom of the cooker. Fire-up with BBQ firelighters and wait 20 Minutes.
Place the cooking pot onto the cooker base and add olive oil, onions, peppers, garlic, ginger and diced lamb.

Brown and colour the meat, peppers and onion for a few minutes.
Add your favourite curry sauce.

Cover with the lid and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve using the stainless steel scoop included.

American Pot Roast

Brown the large 6lb Beef Brisket joint on all sides, season well with salt and pepper.
Add large chunks of sliced carrots, 2 onions quartered, 2 garlic cloves chopped and 8 potatoes cut in half.
Cover with the lid and cook slow for 8 hours.
Add frozen peas 30 minutes before the end of cooking time.
