The Milwaukee Offset BBQ Smoker

The Milwaukee Offset BBQ Smoker is a large barbecue smoker made from heavy gauge steel.
 

Versatile smoker enabling you to choose from a variety of grilling and smoking methods.

Using the side chamber to smoke your food slowly between 80°C and 130°C. You can control the heat and the smoke using the vents and built in thermometer.

Different woods will add flavour to your chosen food.

Also grill your food over hot charcoal, or if you prefer, indirect cooking where the food is roasted in the main chamber.

The side fire box has a removable ash collector, making it easy to clean.

This BBQ Smoker is mounted with two large steel wheels for manoeuvrability.

There is also a shelf in front of the cooking chamber for food preparation.

Ideal amount of charcoal for the main chamber is up to 4kg, the side fire box will take up to 2kg charcoal or wood.

Large size cooking grill in the cooking chamber is 97.5 x 44cm  and has three enamel grids.
