Stainless steel wood chip smoker box allows wood chips to smoke for longer for richer BBQ smoke flavour.

No need to soak woodchips in water when using a smoker box on your BBQ smoker.

For use with charcoal BBQ's, smokers and gas barbecues.

 

The advantage of a box is that the chips smoulder and produce smoke rather than burn and produce heat.

Ideal if you want to smoke food on your gas or charcoal barbecue.

Open lid of smoker box, fill with your chosen woodchips, dust or pellets. Place directly above the gas burner on your BBQ or on hot charcoal.

Smoke should appear after around 5 minutes. Now you should add your food to the barbecue and close the lid with the top vents open.

The woodchips will smoke for about 15 to 30 minutes to allow your food to take on the smoke flavour.

Allow your dish to roast or for smaller items like sausages you can finish cooking directly over the grill. 

For a longer slower smoke you can soak half your woodchips in water for 30 minutes before adding to the smoker box.
